NPS unit preserving Ancestral Puebloan masonry towers and room blocks (c. 1200–1300 CE) around Little Ruin Canyon on Cajon Mesa. Square Tower Group is the monument’s Utah home base—visitor center, campground, and the Little Ruin Canyon loop past Square Tower, Hovenweep Castle, and Hovenweep House.
