Abandoned Central Pacific / Lucin Cutoff railroad oasis on the west side of the Great Salt Lake desert. Foundations, a root cellar, and spring-fed ponds remain on land managed for wildlife; the desolate Pilot Range backdrop and interpretive pullout mark one of Utah’s loneliest railroad ghost towns.
