Historic mineral hot springs complex on the volcanic east side of Owens Valley south of Bishop — developed pools and day-use soaking fed by natural geothermal water, with early 20th-century bathhouse heritage. Public day-use (fee) commercial springs in desert/Sierra-front country. Substitutes for San Diego County hotspring: after atlas Agua Caliente and pass1–2 Jacumba / Warner, no additional public-access soak sites remain in San Diego County.
