Hunt’s Tomb is a small white pyramid on a hill in Papago Park, Phoenix. Arizona’s first governor, George W. P. Hunt, had the tomb built in the early 1930s for his wife; he and other family members were later interred there. The fenced monument overlooks the Phoenix Zoo and the Salt River Valley. A short uphill walk from park parking reaches it.
