Large freestanding natural arch perched above Grand Wash in Capitol Reef National Park, reached by a steep slickrock trail from the Grand Wash / Cassidy Arch trailhead on the Scenic Drive. Named for outlaw Butch Cassidy, who reportedly used nearby canyons as hideouts; one of the park’s signature day hikes with Waterpocket Fold canyon views.
