Abandoned desert settlement in western Maricopa County south of the Gila River country, tied to the 1920s Maricopa Chief / Sundad copper prospects and later a short-lived sanitarium-era community. Foundations, scattered walls, and folk rock inscriptions remain along remote Agua Caliente Road west of Gila Bend. Field-visit only on public rights-of-way and open public land—confirm parcel status; do not enter posted private ground or mine workings.
