Spring Creek Canyon Wilderness Study Area opens east of Kanarraville into a sandstone canyon with stream travel and narrows. BLM Cedar City describes dirt-track access from Old US 91 at the south edge of town. The canyon is a day-hike alternative to nearby fee-managed Kanarra Creek.
