BLM-managed constructed wetland complex in the Uinta Basin created in the late 1970s under a cooperative BLM–UDWR Sikes Act plan to improve waterfowl production and seasonal wildlife habitat. Series of diked ponds and water-control structures along Pariette Draw provide birding and wildlife viewing southwest of Vernal, distinct from the Green River–focused Ouray National Wildlife Refuge.
