Middlegate Station

Churchill County, NV

Approximate location — plotted from published sources, not a site visit, and not a guarantee of access.

Living roadhouse on US-50 (the Loneliest Road) at historic Middlegate, roughly 45–50 miles east of Fallon. Site sits on a corridor used since Pony Express / Overland Stage days; today’s station is a classic sagebrush saloon and traveler stop (famed Monster Burger) with desert outbuildings and the open Clan Alpine / Fairview country as backdrop. A cultural landmark of central Nevada highway travel rather than a fenced ruins park.
