Primitive geothermal spring on the Middle Fork of the Gila River in Gila National Forest, about a ¾-mile walk from the Gila Visitor Center / Middle Fork Trail #157. Source water is extremely hot (~130 °F); visitors soak in rock-lined river pools where spring water mixes with the cold river. Day-use only; popular short hike from Gila Cliff Dwellings area.
