Hayford Peak

Highest peak in the Sheep Range inside Desert National Wildlife Refuge north of Las Vegas. Long desert approaches and ridge walking lead to a remote limestone summit with wide Mojave views—distinct from the Corn Creek field station and refuge visitor facilities lower on the bajada.
