Short-lived 1908 silver camp in the Gabbs Valley Range founded by Rawhide prospectors after Al Bovard’s discovery. A rival tent town (Lorena) briefly competed for water haulers; mills and the Golden Pen/Blue Sphinx mines left scattered mill ruins and mine workings. Field visit is the historic townsite and district roads—not open shafts.
