Big Falls Trail 14E02 leaves Upper Lopez Canyon Road north of Lopez Lake and follows Big Creek into Santa Lucia Wilderness toward an 80-foot waterfall. The hike is a few miles with seasonal creek crossings; the drive to the trailhead itself fords Lopez Canyon many times and needs high clearance when water is up.
