Tunnel Camp

Pershing County, NV

Coordinate verified

Best-preserved camp in the Seven Troughs gold district west of Lovelock. Built in the late 1920s around a cyanide mill and long drain-tunnel project after the 1912 flood wrecked earlier townsites (Seven Troughs, Mazuma, Vernon). Standing mill works, hoppers, brick office, houses, and dugouts remain on open desert approaches from the Eagle-Picher / Seven Troughs road network.
