Free NPS unit on the Navajo Nation protecting Ancestral Puebloan cliff dwellings in Tsegi Canyon country. The paved Sandal Trail from the visitor center ends at the Betatakin Overlook—the only self-guided view of the alcove dwellings—with ranger-led hikes to Betatakin (seasonal) and overnight Keet Seel trips by reservation.
