Approximate location — plotted from published sources, not a site visit, and not a guarantee of access.
Early White Pine mining camp (originally Mineral City era roots) a few miles northwest of Ely along the US-50/93 corridor. Thin standing remains include the often-photographed schoolhouse and scattered foundations — a quick, roadside-accessible chapter of the district that preceded modern Ely/Ruth copper. Easy add-on when visiting Garnet Hill or the Nevada Northern Railway without a long dirt-road expedition.
