BLM-managed rock house built by World War I veteran Bob Stinson into a limestone alcove in Marjum Canyon, House Range. Stinson walled the cave mouth with local stone to create a one-room desert home; the surrounding canyon is a sheer-walled limestone slot through the range near Marjum Pass—often combined with Notch Peak or U-Dig Fossils trips in Utah’s west desert.
