BLM wilderness (~7,200 acres) of bentonite badlands, hoodoos, petrified wood, and Late Cretaceous fossil-bearing strata in the San Juan Basin south of the better-known Bisti/De-Na-Zin Wilderness. Rolling clay hills and slot-like washes reward cross-country hikers who practice Leave No Trace; no developed trails or water.
